- Is the watermelon cutter dishwasher safe? Yes! Our windmill cutters are made from food-grade stainless steel and high-quality plastic. They are safe to place in the top rack of your dishwasher for easy cleaning.
- Does it work on other fruits? It is designed specifically for watermelons due to their texture, but it also works great on cantaloupes and honeydew melons, provided they are not overly ripe or too hard.
- What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
- How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
- My cutter arrived damaged/bent, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@bralo.shop. We will send a free replacement immediately.
